- Basin

Instructions
Examine your feet. Check for injuries, skin and nail variations. Use a mirror to help you see hard-to-reach areas.
Soak your feet in a basin of water. The water temperature should not be over 38 degrees Celsius. Very hot water may cause more pain for your feet.
Leave your feet to soak for five minutes. If you soak your feet more than 5 minutes will make it dry and make it prone to tearing.
Wipe your feet with a towel. Make sure you wipe between your toes. There must be no moist areas as these are a source of bacteria.
Apply a moisturize cream all over your feet to make your feet smooth and soft. But do not put moisturizer between your toes as this may cause moisture.
Wear cotton socks as the cotton fabric will make your skin breath.
