Icy Hot is a pain-relief ointment for muscle strains that produces a hot sensation and a cool sensation simultaneously to relieve pain. If too much of the ointment is applied, the skin will become uncomfortable and the Icy Hot should be removed.Things You'll Need
- Tissue
- Cotton ball
- Olive oil
- Water
- Washcloth
Instructions
Wipe off excess Icy Hot ointment with a tissue. Remove ointment until the affected area is dry to the touch.
Dab a cotton ball in olive oil and gently pat the affected area, saturating the skin.
Wipe away the olive oil with a wet washcloth. Dry skin with a different washcloth. The Icy Hot is removed.
