DIY Liniment Recipe: Easy Homemade Pain Relief

- 1 tbsp. of cayenne pepper
- 4 oz. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 oz. of powdered myrrh
- Wire whisk or blender
Instructions
Add 2 oz. of cayenne pepper and 1 oz. of myrrh to 4 oz. extra virgin olive oil.
Whisk or blend the ingredients together with a wire whisk or blender until they are fully incorporated.
Allow the mixture to steep for at least 7 hours before using. Store in refrigerator until needed.
Use for muscle strains or muscle tension. Homemade liniment is also useful for headaches.
