Tension headache
* Usually mild to moderate pain

Migraine

* May also cause nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound
* Can last for several hours or even days
* Is often treated with prescription medication
* May also be helped by lifestyle changes, such as avoiding triggers (such as certain foods, drinks, or stress), getting regular exercise, and getting enough sleep
