Doctor Finlay Ending: What Happens to Dr. Finlay?

At the end of Doctor Finlay, Dr. Finlay comes to realize that he needs to find a way to move forward with his life and career. At a dinner with his friends at Campbelltown Hospital, he announces his decision to leave for good and return to Glasgow. While he is sad to leave his colleagues and patients, he ultimately makes peace with his time in Tannochbrae and sets out on a new journey.
