Instructions
Squeeze one dose of liquid glutathione solution into the nebulizer cup.
Connect the nebulizer to the mouth piece or mask.
Connect the nebulizer to the compressor.
Sitting in a comfortable, upright position, don the mask or put the mouthpiece in your mouth.
Turn on the nebulizer compressor.
Breathe as deeply and as evenly as you can until the mist is no longer formed. Hold each breath for 1 or 2 seconds.
The session will last between 5 and 15 minutes.
