Lamisil is used for fighting off fungal infections. These could be ringworm, athlete's foot, fungus in the fingernails or toenails, and jock itch. There are side effects that can be evident while taking Lamisil.-
Side Effects - The Cream and Solution

Although rare, sometimes the cream and solution can cause burning, dryness, itchiness and rash.
Vision

Occasionally the tablets have caused changes in vision. This results from alterations of the lens and retina.
Liver Disease

Lamisil tablets can cause liver damage. If the patient experiences loss of appetite, fatigue or nausea these could be signs.
Skin Reactions

Lamisil can cause the patient's skin to develop a rash. The product should be discontinued at this point.
Decreased Ability to Fight Infection

It is important to discontinue use of Lamisil if another infection begins. Lamisil might interfere with the body's ability to fight infection.
Other Drugs

Lamisil can interact with various drugs. Caution should be exercised if on any other kinds of medications.
