- Braxton-Hicks contractions
- Trapped wind
- Constipation
- Indigestion
- Dehydration
- Urinary tract infection

Scar tissue is unlikely to be the cause of electric shock type pains in the stomach during pregnancy. Scar tissue is usually not painful. However, if the pain is severe, persistent, or is accompanied by other symptoms such as fever or chills, it's important to see your doctor to rule out any underlying medical conditions.
To ease discomfort:
- Rest
- Apply a heating pad or cold compress
- Drink plenty of fluids
- Eat a healthy diet
- Exercise regularly
