Did a man really get pregnant?

There is no known case of a human male becoming pregnant. Pregnancy is the condition of carrying one or more offspring, known as a fetus or embryo, inside the womb. This process is unique to female mammals, as they possess the necessary reproductive organs and hormones to support the growth and development of a fetus. Male humans, on the other hand, lack the necessary reproductive structures and hormones to become pregnant.
