Can a girl who hasent started period get pregnant?
It is possible for a girl who has not started her period to get pregnant.
The menstrual cycle begins when the ovary releases an egg. Each month, the ovaries take turns releasing an egg, starting with the right ovary. The time between the first day of one period and the first day of the next period is called the menstrual cycle. The average menstrual cycle is 28 days, but it can range from 21 to 35 days.
Ovulation usually occurs 14 days before the start of the next period. Even though a girl has not started her period, she may still be ovulating and can become pregnant if she has unprotected sex.
It is important for girls who are sexually active to be aware of the risk of pregnancy and to use birth control if they do not want to get pregnant.
