Ovulation Days: Understanding Your Cycle & Timing
Women usually ovulate once per menstrual cycle. Ovulation occurs when a mature egg is released from one of the ovaries, usually around 14 days before the start of the next period. However, the exact timing of ovulation can vary from woman to woman and from cycle to cycle. Some women may ovulate earlier or later in their cycle, and some may experience multiple ovulations during a single cycle.Infertility - Related Articles
