HIV Transmission: Can HIV Be Spread Through Shoes?

Sharing shoes does not transmit HIV. HIV is primarily spread through contact with infected blood, semen, vaginal fluids, rectal fluids, and breast milk. It is not transmitted through sweat, tears, saliva, or casual contact.
