Recognizing Genital Herpes: Early Symptoms & Signs
There are two types of herpes: herpes simplex1, which is also called oral herpes, and herpes simplex 2, which is also called genital herpes. Herpes 2 is the more serious kind, and can be recognized with various signs.-
Lesions

Lesions are a common early sign of herpes. These can develop in the genital area, and start off as small, red blisters.
Fever

Another sign of herpes simplex 2 is extremes in body temperature that can result in a fever and chills.
Lymph

The lymph glands that are located in the neck and genital area can become swollen. This can also be accompanied with pain.
Pain

The urinary system can also be affected. Urinating can be painful, and there can be a burning sensation.
Wekness

Another sign of herpes 2 affects the muscles. They can become very weak, and you can also become very lethargic.
