How can you trace a drop of blood from the ascending aorta to right tonsil?
The ascending aorta is a large blood vessel that carries oxygenated blood away from the heart. It branches into the right and left coronary arteries, which supply blood to the heart muscle. The right coronary artery then branches into the right marginal artery, which supplies blood to the right side of the heart and the right tonsil.
So, a drop of blood would travel from the ascending aorta, into the right coronary artery, into the right marginal artery, and finally to the right tonsil.
