Chronic hiccups is a condition much more annoying than you might think. In fact, some people face hiccups for extended periods of time, sometimes weeks on end. - Sesame oil
- Warm water
- Honey
- Castor oil
Instructions
Practice alternating nostrils to breath in and exhale. For example, plug one nostril as your breathe in. Then, plug the other nostril to exhale. Continue this exercise for 5 minutes to stop chronic hiccups.
Use honey and Castor oil for your chronic hiccups if the breathing exercise doesn't work. Mix the 2 liquids together and lick a small portion off your finger ever 2 minutes.
Perform a sesame oil enema if the Castor oil doesn't work. Hold the sesame oil in your colon for at least 3 minutes. This will help to relax your internal organs, thus, stopping the chronic hiccups.
Continue with a warm water enema if the sesame oil enema doesn't work. You should know it didn't work if you still have chronic hiccups after a half hour.
