Pressure Points for Back Pain
* Upper back pain:
* Feng Chi: Located at the base of the skull, where the neck meets the head.
* Jian Jing: Located on the shoulder blades, just below the neck.
* Geshu: Located at the lower back, just above the kidneys.
* Middle back pain:
* Bai Hui: Located at the top of the head.
* Dazhui: Located at the base of the neck.
* Tiantu: Located between the shoulder blades.
* Lower back pain:
* Ming Men: Located at the lower back, just above the tailbone.
* Kunlun: Located on the outer side of the foot, just above the ankle.
* Zhiyin: Located on the inner side of the leg, just below the knee.
Pressure Points for Headache Pain
* Tension headache:
* Feng Chi: Located at the base of the skull, where the neck meets the head.
* Taiyang: Located at the temples.
* He Gu: Located on the web between the thumb and index finger.
* Migraine headache:
* Zanzhu: Located between the eyebrows.
* Yingxiang: Located on the nasolabial fold, just below the nostril.
* Tai Chong: Located on the top of the foot, between the big toe and the second toe.
* Sinus headache:
* Yintang: Located between the eyebrows.
* Yingxiang: Located on the nasolabial fold, just below the nostril.
* Quchi: Located on the outer side of the arm, just below the elbow.
Note: Applying pressure to these points should not be painful. If you experience any pain, stop applying pressure and consult with a doctor.
