Straightening Hair: Frequency & Best Practices for Healthy Hair
It depends on your hair type and condition. If you have healthy, resilient hair, you can straighten it more frequently, but if you have dry, damaged, or color-treated hair, you should limit how often you straighten it to avoid further damage. Here are some guidelines:
