Pinhole Glasses: A Guide to Usage and Benefits
Pinhole glasses, opaque lenses perforated with tiny holes, are an interesting alternative to regular prescription lenses. Most eye problems are caused by refractive errors, often by how much light is let into the eye by the pupil. Pinhole glasses can correct certain problems, as they only allow a slim beam of light to enter the eye.
Instructions
Open the box in which your pinhole glasses are packaged.
Clean them with a damp cloth. The surface that would usually be a "lens" in normal glasses must be free of obstructions.
Put on the glasses. They'll do the rest.
