How to Get Contact Cleaning Solution Out of Your Eye
Contact solution is a valuable tool. It helps to clean dirt and bacteria from your contact lenses following each use. Contact solution also allows you to wear contact lenses for weeks at a time. The chemicals in contact solution can often be harsh on your eyes since they are meant for cleaning and are not meant to come into contact with your eyes; but, unfortunately, accidents happen. You can remove contact-cleaning solution from your eyes by flushing your eyes with water.Things You'll Need

Flush your affected eye multiple times if necessary. If you are still experiencing pain and burning after one wash, continue to flush your eye until relief is felt.
Wear your glasses. Avoid putting contact lenses back in your eyes immediately.
Seek medical attention. If you experience severe pain and burning that cannot be relieved by flushing, contact your eye doctor or visit with a local emergency department.
