Jacaranda Trees and Pink Eye: What's the Connection?

Jacaranda trees do not cause pink eye. Pink eye, also known as conjunctivitis, is usually caused by bacterial or viral infections or by allergens such as pollen. Jacaranda trees produce flowers and pollen, but they are not known to cause pink eye.
