Storing Your Contact Lenses in Saline Solution
Fill both sides of the storage case halfway with saline solution. It is common to receive a storage case from your eye doctor with the saline solution, or with the purchase of contact lenses.
Take one of the contact lenses out of your left or right eye, and place it into the storage container, paying attention to the side of the storage container where you placed it. Repeat for the other eye.
Place the covers on the storage container. Make sure to match the left cover with the left lens and the right cover with the right lens.
