What are the symptoms of Peutz Jeghers syndrome?
Gastrointestinal symptoms:
- Abdominal pain
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Constipation
- Gastrointestinal bleeding
- Small intestinal polyps
Skin findings:
- Dark pigmented spots on the lips, mouth, and fingers (melanocytic macules)
- Freckles around the mouth, eyes, and nose
- Darkening of the skin on the hands and feet (palmar and plantar hyperpigmentation)
Other symptoms:
- Iron deficiency anemia
- Fatigue
- Weight loss
- Infertility
- Ovarian cysts
- Testicular tumors
