How to Reset an AccuCheck

The Accu-Chek is a small device used to measure the blood sugar of an individual; for most models, a person uses a small needle to prick the finger and draw blood for the device to scan. This device is important in the proper management and observation of those who are diabetic.

  Remove the back panel on the device. Remove the battery and wait two minutes.

  Place the battery back into the back panel of the device. Replace the back panel so that it secures the battery in place.

  Power the device back on.
