Dealing with Water in Your Nose: Effective Techniques
1. Stop drinking or swimming.
2. Blow your nose.
3. Tilt your head to the side. Doing so can let the water escape from your nostril.
4. Pinch the bridge of your nose. Squeezing the bridge of your nose for a few seconds can prompt a sneeze.
5. Lie on your back and do the dolphin kick. This method, also known as the Heimlich maneuver for drowning, can help you expel water from your lungs and nose.
