Wrist - 1932, 1940
* While taking flying lessons in 1932, Stewart crashed into a powerline, breaking his left wrist.
* In 1940, he broke his right wrist in a swimming pool accident.
Facial bones - 1951
* During the filming of "The Far Country," Stewart was thrown from a horse and landed face-down on a rock. He broke several facial bones, including his nose and cheekbone.
Vertabra - 1951
