Peroneus Longus & Brevis Assessment in Foot Inversion - Range of Motion

When the foot is placed in inversion, the two muscles that are assessed in passive range of motion are the peroneus longus and the peroneus brevis. These muscles are located on the lateral side of the leg and are responsible for everting the foot. When the foot is placed in inversion, these muscles are stretched and their resistance to the movement is assessed.
