Metatarsals:

- Third metatarsal
- Fourth metatarsal

Phalanges:
- Proximal phalanges (closest to the foot)
- Intermediate phalanges (middle phalanges)
- Distal phalanges (farthest from the foot)
The big toe only has two phalanges instead of three like the other toes.
