ITP Symptoms: Understanding Immune Thrombocytopenia - Causes, Signs & Severity

Some examples of the different symptoms bleeding disorder known as ITP (Immune thrombocytopenia) include:

- Easy or excessive bruising

- Prolonged bleeding from cuts or injuries

- Nosebleeds that are difficult to stop

- Tiny red spots on the skin (petechiae)

ITP can range in severity from mild to life-threatening, and the symptoms can vary depending on the individual. In some cases, people with ITP may not have any symptoms at all.
