There is no conclusive evidence to suggest that all autistic people have high IQs. While some autistic people may have exceptional intellectual abilities, there is a wide range of cognitive abilities within the autistic spectrum. It is important to treat each individual on a case-by-case basis and acknowledge and celebrate their unique strengths and challenges.
