Locate Your Nebulizer's Serial Number: A Quick Guide
A nebulizer is a small machine designed to deliver medication to asthmatics. Nebulizer treatments, sometimes called "breathing treatments," change liquid asthma medication into a mist so it can be inhaled. Nebulizer treatments are used in emergency asthma treatment, but are also frequently used by young children who may have difficulty using a traditional asthma inhaler. Each nebulizer machine comes with its own serial number, which is used to look up warranty information and when dealing with customer support in the event of a machine malfunction.
Instructions
Examine the box your nebulizer came in. There should be a small sticker on the top of the box with the item's official name, a barcode and a serial number.
Read your owner's manual. Nebulizer companies often put a copy of the serial number on the back cover of the owner's manual for easy access. The serial number is printed on a small white sticker.
Inspect the bottom of your nebulizer machine. A small sticker or plate reveals the serial number and other information vital to your warranty.
