DIY Saline Nasal Rinse: Relief for Allergies & Colds
Allergy season can cause symptoms such as sneezing, itchy nose and watery eyes. It can be extremely uncomfortable to deal with allergy symptoms. Many people use a nasal saline solution to irrigate their sinuses. The salt solution washes out mucus and allergy irritants and lubricates the nasal passages and sinuses. Using a homemade nasal solution is an inexpensive way to manage allergies or cold symptoms without having to resort to commercial drugs, which can have unpleasant side effects.Things You'll Need
