Biliary Calculosis or cholelithiasis refers to the medical condition characterised by the presence of one or more hard, round deposits known as gallstones that are composed of cholesterol crystals, bile pigments, and minerals in the gallbladder, bile ducts, or both. The gallbladder is a small storage sack at the right lower portion of the liver that holds bile ,a digestive fluid produced by the liver.
