Chest Hair & Liver Cirrhosis: Separating Fact from Fiction
There is no scientific evidence to suggest that men without chest hair have a higher risk of developing cirrhosis of the liver. Cirrhosis is a chronic liver disease that is typically caused by excessive alcohol consumption, chronic viral hepatitis (such as hepatitis B and C), or other factors that damage the liver.
