What is the correct dosage of sultamicillin- unasyn for urinary tract infection?
Adults and children ≥12 years: 375 mg (500 mg sultamicillin with 125 mg ampicillin) orally three times a day or 750 mg (1000 mg sultamicillin with 250 mg ampicillin) twice daily.
Children 3 months to 12 years: 50 mg/kg/day orally in 3 divided doses.
