Relieve Back Pain: Guide to Adding a Massager to Your Office Chair
Working long hours in a stiff office chair can cause all sorts of strains and pain to your back. It is not always possible to stand up and walk around the office and it can become expensive to have a massage session every few weeks. Instead, you may want to try adding a massage attachment to your office chair. With one of these devices you will be able to receive back massages while sitting at your desk.Things You'll Need
- Office chair
- Back massage cushion
Instructions
Place the massage cushion on the office chair. It will have a back support and a seat and it will conform to your office chair's shape.
Following the chair's instructions, take the rear straps that can be found on the top back side of the massage pad and pull them down behind the back of the chair. Pull them under the bottom of the chair and attach them to the bottom of the cushion seat. There will generally not be a problem adding the massage cushion to the office chair (unless it is an over-sized chair similar to a recliner).
Plug the device into an available power outlet.
Power on the massage cushion with the attached remote control. Select your desired setting and the massage chair will begin to work on massaging your back.
