- Glass
- Water
- Bicarbonate of soda
- Spoon
Instructions
Fill a drinking glass with water.
Add 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda to the water. Stir it in well.
Drink the entire glass of water before throwing it out.
Repeat this method five times a day until the cystitis goes away.
