Natural Eczema Relief: Home Remedies & Management
Eczema is a chronic condition that is signified by patches of skin that are red, flaky and itchy. It is also known as dermatitis and is often caused by allergies or deficiencies in the immune system. Eczema is not contagious and is treated using corticosteroid creams and antibiotics as well as other medications. - 1 tsp comfrey root
- 1 tsp white oak bark
- 1 tsp slippery elm bark
- 2 cups water

Instructions
Avoid rapid changes of temperature and sweating as this will irritate the skin and cause symptoms to flare up. Wool clothing or bedding should also be avoided.
Use only mild soaps and lotions on your skin and be sure to rinse your skin completely after bathing.
Mix together 1 tsp each of comfrey root, white oak bark and slippery elm bark. Add the mixture to 2 cups of water and boil for 35 minutes.
Use the liquid to wash all eczema-affected areas after it is cool enough to use. Rinse the skin completely afterward.
