Grapefruit Seed Extract for Water Purification: Benefits & How-To
Grapefruit seed extract (GSE) is derived from the seed, pulp and white membranes of the grapefruit (Citrus paradisi). It is available in liquid or capsule form and was discovered by Dr. Jacob Harich, a physicist, as a safe and effective antibiotic, antiseptic and disinfectant. GSE offers multipurpose health and general benefits to humans and animals. According to the Pure Liquid Gold website, GSE has proven to be extremely effective as an emergency water purifier.
