How to Give Yourself a Spa Day

Set the mood. To do so, wear a fancy bathrobe, use plush towels, spray your favorite perfumes, light scented candles and play soothing music.
Give yourself a loofah scrub with cut, fresh oranges around your heels, knees and elbows.
Soak your body in essential oils for your skin. Oils from leaves, roots, fruit peels and flowers contain natural compounds that are perfect for healthy skin, beauty and pampering.
Condition your locks. Mash avocado, lemon juice and sea salt and allow it to penetrate into your hair while combing with your finger tips. Cover with a plastic shower cap and let it sit for 30 minutes. Then, rinse and shampoo for luxurious hair.
Apply a mask on your face. Clay and mud masks are great for deep cleaning, while fruit masks help exfoliate and soften the skin.
Pamper your hands and feet. To do so, file and buff your nails, then soak your hands and feet in a large basin of warm water with a favorite cleanser. Afterward, massage a thick moisturizing cream onto your hands and feet, then wrap plastic wrap over the moisturizer. Wait 10 minutes then scrub the cream off in cool water.
Draw an herbal bath. Epsom salt, lavender, oatmeal and a rose herbal bath will make you melt away and forget all your worries.
