Solifenacin succinate belongs to a class of medications known as *anticholinergics*.
Solifenacin succinate is used to treat the symptoms of overactive bladder in men, including increased urgency to urinate, difficulty fully emptying the bladder, increased frequency of urination and leakage of urine.
Common adverse effects include:
- dry mouth;
- constipation;
- indigestion;
- nausea;
- blurred vision; and
- increased heart rate (tachycardia); and
- hallucinations
