Sore Throat Relief: Effective Home Remedies (Vinegar & More)
Through the years, there have been several home remedies that are reported to have a soothing affect on a sore throat. Read on to view four of these remedies!
Instructions
Gargling with apple cider vinegar is reported to lessen the pain of a sore throat. Simply add one tablespoon of vinegar to a glass of warm water, and gargle with it as often as you need to.
You can also help soothe a sore throat by making a mixture of 3 tablespoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/2 cup of water, and 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar. Take this once in awhile to help your sore throat.
Another mixture can be created by combining 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup of honey, and stirring until mixed. You can take a tablespoon every four hours, or more often, to make your sore throat feel better.
To make a tonic, add a teaspoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a cup of warm water, and drink immediately.
