Wheatgrass for Boils & Cysts: Natural Relief & Treatment
Boils and cysts are usually a sub-cutaneous bacterial infection that results in a puss pocket under the skin. Wheatgrass can reduce inflammation and can prevent the reformation of the puss. Through this mechanism, wheatgrass can help treat boils and cysts. Although there are a number of pre-made poultices and creams, making your own wheatgrass poultice is quick and easy and ensures that the wheatgrass treatment uses only very fresh grass.Things You'll Need
- Sink
- Natural soap
- Clean water
- Towel
- Wheatgrass poultice
Instructions
Wash the effected area with soap.
Thoroughly rinse the effected area.
Dry the effected area thoroughly, but complete the following steps quickly while the skin is still softened by the soap and water.
Apply wheatgrass poultice or cream to the area. If poultice is not readily available near you, crushing wheatgrass in a mortar and pestle and applying the paste is a good alternative.
Allow the poultice to dry on your skin.
Rinse the poultice off and rewash the effected area.
Carefully rinse the effected area.
Dry the effected area carefully.
Repeat the above steps until the boils or cysts are gone.
