- 5 watercress leaves
- 1 cup water
- Pot
- Glass
- Strainer
Instructions
Measure 1 cup of water and pour it into a pot. Add 5 watercress leaves to the water and bring to a boil.
Once the mixture is boiling, strain and drink the extract.
Drink extract twice daily for 3 days. The cough should clear up in that time.
