Liquid Milk Thistle: Benefits, Dosage & How to Use
Milk thistle has been used as an herbal remedy for liver and gallbladder issues for over 2,000 years, according to the University of Maryland Medical Center. Milk thistle is effective in treating poisoning due to deathcap mushrooms, greatly reducing the chances of death or liver damage if milk thistle is taken within 24 hours of poisoning. It is also used in treating hepatitis and alcoholic cirrhosis. Liquid milk thistle is easier to take than milk thistle in pill form, and so is ideal for those who have problems taking pills. Liquid milk thistle is taken dissolved in juice or water.Things You'll Need
