Sage Tea for Cooling Body Heat & Reducing Inflammation
Sage, or Salvia officinalis, is found naturally in the countries that surround the Mediterranean sea. This herb is a member of the mint family and yields purplish-blue flowers. Many people drink a tea made from the leaves of the sage plant to lessen the effects of several ailments, including sore throats, cramping and other digestive ailments. A cold tea made with leaves of the sage plant can help cool a body and prevent excessive heat and sweating.Things You'll Need
