- 1/2 ounce dried pomegranate rinds
- 1/2 ounce areca seed powder
- 3 cups water
- Saucepan
- Mixing spoon
- Stove
- Colander or strainer
Instructions
Place the pomegranate rinds and areca seed powder into a saucepan then add three cups of water. Mix the ingredients well.
Bring the mixture to a boil then simmer it for one hour.
Strain the mixture through a colander or strainer, reserving the liquid. Drink a glass of the liquid every morning -- well before eating your breakfast -- until your condition has cleared up.
