Craft a Lucky Rabbit's Foot Keychain: A Step-by-Step Guide
Rabbit feet are believed to bring good luck in many cultures. This superstition originated in Celtic society during the early 600s. It has since spread around the world, branching out from Europe into Asia, Africa and South America. People who believe in the powers of rabbit feet often carry them in their pockets or on a necklace or key chain.Things You'll Need
- Preserved rabbit foot
- Thick needle
- Chain with clasp
- Key ring
Instructions
Use the thick needle to punch a hole through the pad of the rabbit foot. Make sure the hole is at least half an inch away from the edge of the foot.
Thread the chain through the hole, unclasped end first. You can use the needle to help work the chain through the hole if it is a tight fit.
Thread the chain attached to the rabbit foot through the key ring. Clasp it shut.
Adjust the chain to the length you want.
