Instructions
Unzip the sauna dome bag and remove the contents.
Extend the tube-like dome by pulling it forward.
Reach inside the dome and pull the heating element out until it is flattened.
Plug the sauna dome into an electrical outlet.
Set the heat and on the electrical pad by pushing the "+" and "-" symbols. Wait for the dome to heat up. Most machines either make a sound or have a light that comes on when its ready. Read your manual to find out which applies to your machine.
Get in the sauna dome and zip the top so only your head is sticking out.
