Effective Stretches for Sciatic Pain Relief: A Step-by-Step Guide

- A comfortable place to lie down
Instructions
First you'll want to lay down and get nice a comfortable. Make sure you're relaxed.
Once you lay down, bring your legs up so that your feet are flat on the ground. Take your right leg and cross it on top of the left leg's knee.
Sit up and with both hands grab the left leg. Put your head back down. Pull your leg towards your head until you feel it stretching in your upper leg, hip and buttock region. Hold for 15 seconds.
Switch legs and repeat the stretch.
Do this for a few minutes and repeat a few times throughout the rest of the day. If done often your sciatic pain can be significantly relieved. Good luck getting back to a pain free life!
