How to Heal Cuts With Turmeric
In Ayurvedic medicine, turmeric powder is often used as a natural antiseptic and antibacterial agent to heal wounds. Turmeric is believed to make wounds heal faster. Its use is so widespread in India that Johnson &Johnson markets turmeric Band-Aids in that country. Practitioners of Western medicine are starting to take notice of ancient remedies, and a number of studies on the effectiveness of turmeric have been conducted.Things You'll Need
- Soap
- Warm water

- Turmeric powder
- Bandage
Instructions
Stop the bleeding by applying pressure to the wound, if necessary.
Clean the cut thoroughly with soap and warm water. Use a soft cloth to gently scrub away dirt and debris from the area.
